GEOG 1200: Global Societies
This course is a gateway to understanding our world and the forces that shape it. We will build an understanding of the relationships between and among the geographic regions of the world and focus on the things that make each place unique. In analyzing the various world regions, we will pay particular attention to broad environmental, demographic, cultural, social, political, and economic issues and how these issues are relevant to continued life on our planet.
